    Aromatic herbs crushed together with sun-dried tomatoes rubbed into
    a boneless breast baked tender and juicy and served with risotto with
    spinach and roasted garlic served with glazed carrots and pine nuts

    Boneless breast of chicken marinated with chipotle chilies, garlic and
    lime juice, baked with sweet onions, colorful bell peppers and black beans,
    then served with a lemon cilantro rice pilaf

    A delicate blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon rubbed
    gently into a boneless breast and baked with tomatoes and onions. Served

    Chinese 5 spice, served with toasted sesame seed and almond brown rice

Beef

    Diced sirloin marinated in olive oil, sweet onions and garlic. Roasted to
    perfection and tenderly braised with orange zest, cumin, red chilies,
    and cinnamon. Served with coriander scented couscous and French style
    green beans
   Zesty Beef Brisket $16.50
    Brisket of beef marinated in a lemon chili sauce and slow roasted.
    Recommended side would be a baked potato and green beans with bacon
    and onion
   Prime Rib of Beef $19.95
    Old World style roasted loin of beef cooked to perfection and served with
    a baked potato and cauliflower gratin
   Roast Tenderloin of Beef $22.95
    Beef tenderloin roasted to perfection, sliced, and served with a wild

Seafood
   Baked Salmon Limone $18.95
    Salmon filet basted with fresh lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, and
    butter then baked to perfection. Served with a vegetable herb couscous
    and Broccoli al Forno
   Salmon with Olive and Sun-Dried Tomato $18.95
    Salmon filet topped with a crust of Kalmata and Spanish Olives
    with sun-dried tomatoes in a Japanese style bread crumb. Baked and
    served with goat cheese mashed potatoes and green beans with fresh chives
   Oven Roasted Swordfish in Apple Cream Sauce $18.95
    Swordfish marinated in limejuice, shallots, garlic and chervil. Then baked and
    served on a bed of lentil ragout with a rich cream sauce with grated Granny
    Smith apples and a hint of horseradish
Pork
   Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions and Peppers $12.75
    Thick center cut pork chops seared on an open fire. Smothered with
    caramelized sweet onions and roasted red peppers and baked to perfection,
    served with wild rice pilaf and green beans with browned bacon
   Wild Thyme Pork Chops $12.75
    Browned Pork chops drizzled with a red wine and mushroom thyme
    sauce. Served with oven roasted herbed new potatoes
    and French Style green beans with a lemon dill butter sauce
   Bombay Pork Loin with Mango Chutney $12.95
    Loin of pork dry rubbed with cumin, coriander, turmeric and cinnamon
    then slow roasted and covered with chutney. Suggested side would
    be roasted herbed new potatoes and Marsala carrots
   Dijon Herb Crusted Pork Loin with Apple Cider Glaze $12.75
    Pork loin dry rubbed with shallots, Dijon mustard, tarragon and fresh
    dill glazed with a Cider infused Demi-glace with green apples and
    butter. A vegetable rice pilaf would go well with this dish
   Cuban Pork Roast $12.95
    Boneless pork loin rubbed with a paste of garlic, roasted pine nuts,
    jalapeno, cilantro, olive oil and Greek style olives with lime juice.
    Roasted and basted with orange, lime and grapefruit juice then finished off
    with hot pepper jelly. Served with Havana Black Beans and roasted potatoes
   Pork Tenderloin with Crispy Prosciuto $16.95
    Pork tenderloin basted with pureed apples and wrapped in thin Prosciuto
